I've been a dedicated animal enthusiast throughout my entire life. In 2015, I made a conscious decision to take my passion to a more serious level. This led me to embark on an internship journey under the guidance of local dog trainers, and I've actively participated in a multitude of hands-on workshops over the years. Eventually, I took the significant step of enrolling in the CATCH Canine Training Academy's Master Class.
My passion lies in working with clients and their canine companions, especially in a daycare setting. Witnessing the positive impact that proper care and training can have on families is incredibly rewarding. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet both you and your beloved furry friend.

As a pre-vet student and Fear Free certified professional, I believe dogs are special and intelligent beings deserving the highest level of care. Hi, I'm Nicole Gourley, an avid animal lover! Growing up, I always had pets, and at any party or gathering, you'll find me with the animals. I truly love the community at On-Command and would trust them with my own pets. If I were a dog, I'd be a yorkie!
My name is Brianna, and I’m currently studying to become a Veterinary Technician through Penn Foster. While I have a love for all animals, dogs hold a special place in my heart. Growing up with dogs has given me a deep connection with them and an appreciation for all creatures. I feel incredibly grateful for the warm, welcoming community at On-Command and am thrilled to work alongside such an amazing team. If I had to choose a favorite breed, it would definitely be Pitbulls!

My sweet rescue dogs Diego started showing issues when people spooked him with loud sudden or quick movements. Ross was able to re-create a situation to get the behavior of real concern from Diego. He gracefully taught my dog not to be afraid. Diego now has confidence when he meets new people and hasn’t behaved defensively towards a person since. He’s helped Diego with great success learn his commands. As a spiritual person I would describe Ross as gifted healer. From a clinical perspective he’s a therapist for dogs. And from a human perspective he’s a patient teacher. Ross is an excellent dog trainer, he’s an advocate. He sees dogs for who they are, and not for their presenting issues. He is also patient, and personable and professional with humans!

We went to him to help us introduce our son’s 3-year-old Aussie to our daughter’s 8-week-old AussieDoodle. Ross went above and beyond for us - a great experience. "You couldn’t find a better dog obedience trainer. I believe that the key to successful obedience is more about training the owner than the puppy/dog. My puppy obeys him without need for very much correcting, or no correction at all. He is patient in training me. No problems. I would give him an unqualified thumbs up!!
Cocoa and I enjoyed our training with Ross. So very patient with the real one who needs training, which was mainly me. Cocoa learned quickly and I was a bit slower. I highly recommend him!!"
